About Me

“Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others.”

— Jonathan Swift

Bio

My name is Ken and I am Ottawa-based artist who uses cameras to create images about the human condition sometimes without featuring a person in the shot.

Expertise

Primarily self-taught I has been active in photography since the age of fifty, eleven years ago. I have worked with a mentor, Ray Ketcham, for most of that time. I use Fuji x-pro cameras and prefers Capture One to process and edit my work. I don't limit myself to digital photography, I also shoot both 35mm and medium format film. My work can be found on Instagram, on this site and in Issue #3 of OPAL magazine.
